Public-safe is not unrestricted. Privacy, safe-mode, read-only, quota, role and gateway policies can still mask or deny a listed surface.

Not provided by the MVP
- A complete ONCHAINID implementation, Claim Topics Registry or Trusted Issuers Registry.
- Signed claims with expiry and revocation verification.
- Governed modular compliance or multisig/timelock governance.
- An attested deployment or an end-to-end production path.
- A complete off-chain pipeline for producing, signing, encrypting, resolving and verifying audit content.
Audit metadata boundary
The experimental anchor verifies calculable relationships among public commitments. External references remain opaque. It must not be presented as an operational encrypted audit trail.
