Public-safe does not mean unrestricted. Public mode, privacy mode, safe mode, read-only mode, quotas, deployment profile, and gateway policy can still mask or deny behavior.
Workflow Model
Talero supports permissioned tokenized asset workflows. TaleroRWAToken is ERC20-compatible in a narrow interface sense, but it is permissioned and compliance-first rather than a generic open-transfer asset.
Transfers can be gated by issuer-controlled eligibility, sanctions, freeze, and pause checks. High-value flows can require PoQ-backed settlement assurance when configured.
Factory and Discovery
TaleroRWAFactory supports deterministic CREATE2 deployment, deployment registry entries, public discovery metadata, and deployment-time PoQ policy snapshots. Public discovery metadata should help wallets and explorers understand issuer, asset class, policy, and verification posture without publishing private compliance records.
Issuer Responsibilities
- The workflow is not regulatory certification.
- It is not legal advice.
- It is not automatic compliance and is not an AML/CFT solution by itself.
- The issuer remains responsible for off-chain legal, KYC, AML, sanctions, custody, redemption, transfer-agent, and recordkeeping controls.
