Programmable compliance, implemented as an experimental MVP.

Identity, transfer policy, permissioned token controls, deployment wiring and audit-metadata anchoring in one contract prototype.

Public-safe is not unrestricted. Privacy, safe-mode, read-only, quota, role and gateway policies can still mask or deny a listed surface.

Status

Experimental smart-contract MVP inspired by ERC-3643; not certified compliant, not presented as a production offering, and without an attested deployment.

Implemented in the repository

  • A simple identity registry with an opaque identifier, country and administratively managed verification status.
  • A compliance module with transfer activation, blocked-country policy and a balance limit.
  • A permissioned token with transfers, mint and burn, total or partial freezes, forced transfer and a settlement-proof reference.
  • A factory that deploys contracts and connects roles.
  • An experimental audit-metadata anchor.

Not provided by the MVP

  • A complete ONCHAINID implementation, Claim Topics Registry or Trusted Issuers Registry.
  • Signed claims with expiry and revocation verification.
  • Governed modular compliance or multisig/timelock governance.
  • An attested deployment or an end-to-end production path.
  • A complete off-chain pipeline for producing, signing, encrypting, resolving and verifying audit content.

Audit metadata boundary

The experimental anchor verifies calculable relationships among public commitments. External references remain opaque. It must not be presented as an operational encrypted audit trail.
